Domestic Minister:
- In charge of Build queues.
- Assign citizen tiles and other micromanagement.
- In charge of sliders.
- Suggestions for Worker actions.
- Suggest a city placement dotmap.

Objectives of term 1:
-Irrigate every food resource we found near starting position.
-Numbers of population primary. Commerce and shield production secondary.
-Raw production is food.
-Firaxis score lead without excessive use of luxure slider.

We are only team who build a worker. One food tile equals 1000 population points.
Military Service 4th:
3 teams have built a warrior.
GNP/Mfg/Productivity 1st:
Tied to first place or slight benefit.
Family Size 2nd:
One team is working +5 food surplus or more.

To road tiles is more effective. 4 worker turns to road tile and we get additional commerce, we can spend +1 commerce to luxure rate and sustain one content citizen. If we connect Spices in jungle it would take atleast 10 worker turns. So it can wait.
