I am involved in an 8-player PitBoss Warlords game that is now in 1700AD. The writing is on the wall, and we gifted the clear leader with a few cities to give him the Domination win.

He has like 65% of world population, and it says he needs 45% to win (or something like that). However, one turn has gone by, and he has not won yet.

We have Domination wins turned on in the game.

How do Domination (population) wins work in MP?

Are you sure he has also has 65% of the land area? You need both to win by domination.
