If I have set a train with the "wait until full" box, but if the train has been sitting around to long I want it to go as is, I unclick the box but the train still stays there, is there a way to set the train off with what it has as I have to delete the train and start that run again.

hrmm ive never seen any option like that... only advice i can give ya is try not to micro-manage like you're doing... set it one way and forget about it, move on to expanding your empire... if you're expecting to be hardup for cash and need a constant in-flow just don't ever check the wait until full box

I've had the same issue but there wasn't a resolution for it other than to scrap the train and recreate the route.

When you change a route/load (or uncheck the wait til full box), the change does not take hold until the train finishes up its current run. Once it reaches its end terminus, it will switch to the new settings.
