Perfs wants to make a website and forum, but perf don't got a lot of money, how can Perfs make a website and forum without a lot of money?

Perfs also doesn't have a lot of time.

My roommate freshman year had a forum on proboards.com. It seemed to work ok, and it was free. As for cheap websites, I'm sure there are plenty of ways to do that. All that comes to mind at the moment are geocities and tripod, and you probably don't really want to use those.

You can edit/play with myspace to pretty much give you anything you want.... and proboards for forum definity.

Here is what I did. Get a website that is free, like bravenet for instance. There are free domains out there too, like .tk (google it, should be the first result). You make your page, you make the .tk redirect to it. As for the forum, you could download phpbb and host it on phpnet.us. phpnet.us is free, and its pretty easy to use, and if you need any help, just contact me, on IRC preferably, since im on there all the time

Another free domain you can use is .uni.cc if you think that will look cool. So, like, uni.cc should work in the address bar.

More free sites...freewebs comes to mind.

As for the forum, if you don't want to mess around with phpbb and all that jazz, you can just take the lazy way out and use a board like invisionfree or, as said, proboards.

Thing is, if you host the forum on phpnet.us, you get more storage space, and you can do all sorts of other cool stuff with it, and as said, I can help, cus ive done it.

@stickciv: Yeah, but, I said, if you want to be lazy, you can just use a pre-built thingy. Perfs did say that he did have a lack of time...
