My game doesn't give any description on it and there's no Civilpedia on it. Anyone can enlighten me on what this wonder does? :S From some other posts I think it sounds fun, somethign about replacing barbarians with animals and letting them go into culture borders? And does it have any great people effects, probably the most important thing :S

projects dont have great people points of anything like that, they normally just do a scripted event, in this case, it makes animals strength increase by 1 (including giants), and lets them enter cultural borders i think, and it turns barbs into animals.

its good if youve got tons of animals you want to improve, or if you want to tame some to cage them
