View Full Version : Decent mic (and I guess headphones)
Maniacal Jan 05, 2007, 12:38 AM I've decided I should look into getting a mic even though I hate my voice when it's recorded.
Enigma: Rising Tide actualy sounds soo fun.
Back on topic, I don't want to pay more than $50 Cad, if that really, but I want a good mic.
It would of course need to be nice and clear, I hate it when a game (like Half-Life 2 multiplayer + mods) where you can hear the people with mics without having to use say, vent, and their sound quality is all crackly.
With or without headphones, thouugh I'd prefer with without but whatever.
Ecclesiastes Jan 05, 2007, 12:54 AM I have these thirty dollar altec lansing ones that work just as good as my 250 dollar boss guitar ones. Theyve got a good mike and the sound completely blocks out everything else in the room(not good if you are stalked often, I swear its on the package!)
Maniacal Jan 06, 2007, 05:30 PM What is the name of your [articular mic/headphone?
ANyone else got/know of a good pair that are under 50 CAD?

Maniacal Jan 06, 2007, 07:01 PM MSRP listed is for US Market only. - MSRP? Probably the pricing...

About 50 dollars. I've used them at school. I would got a pair of my own for Christmas but I have to wait a little bit.
They're very good.
Maniacal Jan 06, 2007, 11:14 PM Okay, i'll keep my eye out for those.

I wonder what the quality is like with this?
EDIT: I should also mention, I despise the headphones that have the plastic onnector thing that's between the two headphones behind your head makes it almost impossible to rest your head that way >_<
