I am about to host a 4v4 team game with friends using pitboss, and I am looking to see what map types are popular and useful for a 4v4 all human team game?

I am basically looking for a map where the two teams would have land or coastal access to the other right away, and is relatively balanced. The best option I have found so far is mirror mode with small lakes. Team_Battleground unfortunately always seems to have ocean between the two teams.

Are there any pre-made 4v4 miltiplayer specific maps available? If there are where would would they be, and would they be able to be thrown into pitboss and be used as a team style map?

Try either Team Battleground with the "top vs bottom" setting or Inland Sea. Those are probably the two most popular MP maps.
