Is this possible? Or if not a JPEG, is there any way to replace the animated leaderheads with a static picture?

Edit: While on the subject, how do I go about editing the spawn rates for resources on random maps? Stone spawns altogether too rarely for my tastes.

Thanks very much. Unfortunately, I can't find some of the leaderheads I want to replace- Isabella's, Hatshepshut's, Mansa Musa's, etc. Could someone please tell me where they are hiding?

If you want to replace you don't have to change old one - just make new .dds and change xml files = make new mod
