You can add it to your favourites if you have an account. I'm sure there is a torrent extracting programme but hell if I know what is.......I'd like to know.........

IF you use Firefox (which I highly recommend), they have a Plug In called Video Downloader. (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/)

It downloads videos from YouTube into .flv file, which can be exported in a number of video players.
