Hi guys, I'm having fun with my new Warlords.

In my current game, I'm the English,it's 1920, and I have one capitulated vassal, the Indians. For over a thousand years, I could force the Indians to give me whatever resources I needed. Now, they have oil and I desperately need it. I gave them 5 technologies so they could build a Well for that oil. Now they have it, but I can't force them to give it to me, what gives?!

Usually, it says somethign like "give that to me, otherwise it's war" but this gives a dialogue like with non-vassals "we demand that you give us that" and they refuse! Is this a bug or what?????

Dunno, but here's a thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=180875) that discusses some of this. There are other threads in the Civ4 Warlords forum that indicate that vassals don't always play ball. Put 'vassals' into the Google search field.
