I have the latest version of the TR mod, and I have the original Civ4. But when I try to load the game from the Advanced section, the game closes but doesnt load the mod. I have followed all instructions. I have cleared my CustomAssets folder, the cache, restarted and clicked on the right link, but still it doesnt work. What is wrong?:cry:

OK, I've just found out that it does load, but after about 5 mins of waiting! Why does it take so long to reload? Is there a way this problem could be solved? Perhaps in a future patch? help appreciated :)

Define what you mean by "latest version of TR"...?

Do you mean Gold?

Because TR Gold is not for Vanilla Civ (ie Civ 1.6). It's for Warlords only.

If you want to play the non-Warlords version of TR, you'll need to download and install TR 2.1.3

I mean I have the vanilla latest version.
