To keep the Roleplaying goodness we are enjoying in the Workshop I want the emembers of the team to change their avatars to have the lil BOS sigil like Flamand has on his avatar. PM him with a polite request. ;)

The other part is the addition of ranks. So far this is the ranks of the members;

Thorgrimm - Senior Elder
Flamand - Elder
Aaglo - Recruit Master
Ancient One - Initiate
LizardmenRule! - Initiate
Formost101 - Initiate

The Initiates are eligible for promotion due to their performance in the tasks assigned them. All promotions are discussed by myself and Flamand before implementing. Any new members will be added to this list.

Senior Elder Thorgrimm looked on as the buzz in the chambers was increasing, for the Brotherhood had been called to order. He let the chatter go on for a few more moments before finally calling for silence.

He didn't want to let things get totally out of hand so shouted them down with 'The Voice' that could be heard over the roar of miniguns and rocket launchers.

"PIPE DOWN AND PAY ATTENTION ." The troops shut up so quick that he heard teeth click together.

"Now you all have been called here to witness the promotion of one of the Brotherhood that, quite frankly, is well earned." Thorgrimm cleared his throat and once again used the 'Voice'.

"Here ye here ye, to all we present greetings. We have been called together for a momentus occasion, the well-deserved promotion of Initiate Ryuga to the rank of Master Programmer; for his tracking down of a major flaw in the software of the Brotherhood. What makes this promotion well-deserved is that the initiate on his own accord tracked down the bug and presented the fix to the council of Elders, with no mention of reward expected."

"This last aspect stood out like a neon sign of the old world to the Council of Elders. For it is a rare thing to find someone in the wastelands who will do something and not expect a reward afterwards."

"This promotion was passed without a single dissenting vote. Well done Ryuga, well done indeed."
