Here's a scene from my current game. It wasn't until a few turns after founding Darfan that I realized...

...the cities are only two tiles apart.

How on earth did that happen? :confused:

They are seperated by water tile.

actually I think it is because they are not on the same 'Continent', simple water tile seperation is not enough (try the 1000 AD scenario and founding a city just south of Cordoba)
