buy 4 techs for 5gpt
buy 2 techs for 2 gpt
buy 1 tech for 1gpt

I believe we should limit our expenditures to 5gpt

I urge my fellow citizens to keep in mind that we currently have a surplus of 15 gold per turn. We need 40 gold for each warrior we want to retrain. If we keep to the limit of only spending 5 gold per turn as suggested by our trade leader we will be able to retrain a band of warriors every three turns.

I would also like to suggest that we consider buying any maps that we can - provided they are cheap. We bought Abe's map for 7 gold. Besides Egypt there is still India who is not at war with us as well as one or two other countries. Getting maps from them may help us to gauge our enemies better.

We should base our decision on what techs we get! More spending for good techs, less (and then more retraining) for ****ty.
