I don't know who should be responsible for this, so I'll just do it.

As DaveShack is now a moderator, he can see all team subfora. The question is if he should be allowed to keep playing in our team.
Our team must vote on this issue too.

My personal opinion on this issue:

If we trust someone to be mod, we should trust him on not passing on any secret information too.

I agree with dutchfire. We should be able to trust a moderator.

However, wouldn't it be possible for TF to 'ban' DS from seeing the other team forums?

Blinding Dave for the other team Fora in the C4 MTDG and the C3 MTDG 2 is simply the best solution.

Sounds like a good idea. But either way, I see no reason why DaveShack should need to leave. :)
