They will then ship it to you. You can then install it into your machine. A video card is hardware thing and as far as I know, no one has devloped a way to store the molecular structure of the card and rebuild it after transferring it over the internet. You can download video card drivers, but that would require you to already have a video card. s.c.dude Jan 24, 2007, 03:37 PM but how do i know if i have a video card i've got a pretty high end labtop, my question is how do i check warpus Jan 24, 2007, 03:59 PM but how do i know if i have a video card i've got a pretty high end labtop, my question is how do i check Accessories -> system tools -> system info Plexus Jan 25, 2007, 03:57 AM And even if your laptop is pretty 'high-end', that is no guarantee of a decent video card - more often than not, laptops have terrible video cards. 3 EMS Jan 26, 2007, 02:16 PM Somebody, was it ASUS?, has an external video card now. Plexus Jan 28, 2007, 04:08 AM Yeah, I'm actually pretty excited about the XG Station, I just hope it isn't too expensive when it's released. I can swallow about $250-300; anything more than that will be pointless. Will be released some time next quarter. http://www.asus.com/news_show.aspx?id=5369 3 EMS Jan 28, 2007, 09:58 AM It looks like it will ship with a 7900GS. I wonder if 8800's will fit into it. It would be cool if they made something like that for desktops that way a person could use his pci/pci-e slots. |
