Puppeteer

I am looking for a replay viewer that makes an animated gif. Similar to this (http://lib.bigmoneyjim.com/civfan/Puppeteer-huge-1-1000BCmm-faster-bigger.gif) (that I made with CivAssist II with a lot of autosaves and tweaked with GIMP).
I know CivAssist II will do this, but you have to save all autosaves. I'd like to be able to take a GOTM or SG single save file and recreate the replay. (Presumably without the fog of war reveal.)
CRpViewer will replay but doesn't seem to do it with minimaps or create an animated gif.
Ainwood's alternate replay viewer's (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=61903) download link is broken, so I can't see if it will work.
Does anyone know of such a tool that will take a single save file and make a replay in animated gif format?
Thanks!
