Varlin Salipor (I think it was him) has a file I think which goes around that number.

Zulu9812 was maintaining, on an ongoing basis, a units_32.pcx that included over 2100 entries; sadly its last update AFAIK was 5/27/2004 (this included IIRC most if not all of Steph's conversions). Yes, scads of superb units have been made since then, but I use it as I can always seem to find at least a passingly good approximation of what I'm looking for on it.

I'll repost it (hopefully with Z's blessing) if you can't find it anywhere.

Best,

Oz

I dont recall seeing anything that large with blank spaces for download. Did you make that up yourself? And could you possible send it my direction also.

I'm a professional programmer, and I spend a long time during the day waiting for the computer to compile... So I have do to something during that time, haven't I?

If I launch a rebuild all, about 30 minutes

If it's partial, usually 2-3 minutes

@spacer: okay. I'll do it tomorrow.

i put some units on the sheet but it doesnt add them to the editor not even the images of the units

All this does is add the icons. These icons appear in a little box on the left side of the add unit screen in the editor.

Also you will not see new ones you added with the editor open until after you close and restart the editor.

Or its because he's been here since Sept. of 2002;) And by the way, being a member of CFC isn't a race to see who can get the most posts.

That is larger than anything I'm sure I will ever need. Do you have it pristine ie without alot of units added to it?

It doesn't matter if there are already units added to it. You can just paste them over.

It's not completly filled yet.

I have made 21 columns. The first is not used direclty, I've just written a name for the unit line (like Iron Sword, Iron spear, rifle), then there is one column for each of my 20 civs. Like column 2 Italy, column 3 Egypt...

So it's easy to put flavour unit: line gives the unit type, column gives the civ.

If you use the copy tool to add flavour units, just create a new unit, makes 19 copies... Then set the icon number for the first one, and add one to the enxt civ, repeat.
