Hey, my fiance and I love playing this game, and we were hoping someone would be able to make Elphaba (as presented in Gregory Macguire's Wicked) as a leader, with the various cities and locales of Oz as the nation's cities. We have the following ideas to get anyone started who would be interested:

Traits: Philosophical and Organized.
Favorite Civic: Free Speech
Starting Techs: Mysticism, The Wheel.
Unique Building: Shiz University (Replaces university with the following changes: can make one citizen a scientist, can make one citizen an engineer; may have base cost increased for balance). Shiz University is a main locale in the book Wicked.
Unique Units: (not yet determined)
Cities List: (can provide later, upon request).

Also, for the leader head, if it can be done, we would like to see Elizabeth's used as the base (and please turn it green!).
