Could someone help me with mod-merging? I use few mods that use diffrent files (so no problem so far) but.. they all use dll file :( Is it possible to merge them? If so - how?

Yes it's possible, but you have to copy and past everything where it needs to go.

You would have to merge the C++ source changes. Start by reading Kael's sticky on how to compile a DLL from the SDK.

The CCCP (see my sig) is a project aiming at compiling together on one DLL a lot of the popular SDK mods for option usage by moders.
