How can I make a unit made of 3 melee standing front and 3 archers standing back? How do I have to deal with the formation file?

Say you have three archers and three wariors in the Xml whichever ones come first are the first in the formation. example

If you have Archer required 3

and then Warrior required 3

the first three units will be archers and the second three warriors.
