IglooDude Mar 19, 2008, 12:00 PM Be well, Downtown! :)
obliterate Mar 20, 2008, 12:13 AM Good luck with the move Downtown. I've heard that moving house is the second most stressful event during a lifetime apart from losing a close relative. Is it really that stressful?

I dunno, last time I moved house it was under pretty bad circumstances and even then it wasn't that stressful. Course, it wasn't stressful last time I lost a close relative, so . . . probably gaining a new close relative is more stressful.
Rossiya Mar 20, 2008, 03:24 PM Good luck Downtown! Hope it all works out smoothly. :)

I've moved several times over the last year...it isn't even *close* to losing a close relative. I'm still way too giddy to be stressed...these two months are going to be a great adventure!
Rossiya Mar 20, 2008, 04:53 PM That's the spirit.

I'm still way too giddy to be stressed...these two months are going to be a great adventure!Yeah, I wouldn't have thought it was that stressful. I suppose for younger people it isn't as hard but for older people having to change all the details for all the companies... I hope you have fun anyway.:goodjob:
The Yankee Mar 20, 2008, 08:22 PM Bring me back some local cuisine, downtown! And be well!
Fifty Mar 20, 2008, 10:51 PM Email me if you need me
Does this include my 15 daily emails asking if you still love me? I will miss you so...
LLXerxes Apr 11, 2008, 06:57 PM To CFC:
Sorry I was always such an ass. As you might have noticed, I haven't been here in months. Yet years ago I wasted hours every day letting my youth slip away covering all corners of this board. I would post fearlessly, hiding behind my age like it was some sort of shield: I'm only X, I can do whatever I want!
I'd like to say I am sorry for all of that. Hopefully many of you weren't here to see me as a child, but for those of you who were, I wish I could give you your time back. I wish I could take back all the offensive things I did. I wish I could take back the immature hate I spewed. I'd especially like to apologize to all moderators, present and past, for being such a whiny, narcissistic attention-whoring spoiled baby. A spammer. A nuisance. You deserved neither what I said to your faces nor behind your backs. To the new members who I have harassed: I am sorry I tried to discourage you from this site. You just remind me so damn much of my old self.
I sent a letter a couple months ago apologizing to Thunderfall for the same things this post has highlighted. I have also requested that my user name be changed and that a filter would change "llx" into something else so my name would never show up again. However, as I had feared, it appears I am not deserving of either of those things (thanks in part to my three bans and constant warnings). So the moniker stays: I do not. Hopefully I will never stumble in here like your drunk uncle ever again.
Have fun, CFC. Try your best to forget about me.

Zarn Apr 18, 2008, 11:19 AM This may sound strange, but I'm not quite sure that I am 'back.'
I'll try it for a few days. Call it an experiment.
Now... I demand French red wine.
