Hi, is there anyway I can edit this scenario so the Christian kingdoms cannot ally with the Islam kingdoms. I enjoy this scenario alot but find it absurd that in the 1100's you have Abbasids and French allied against Germans, or any of the other crazy alliances that dont make sense.

I looked around in the editor but didnt see anything, hope im not out of luck. Thanks.

I don't think there is a way to do that.

You could make it so that they can't form alliances at all, by making alliances require some late-game tech or a tech that no-one will ever research. Alternatively, you could make it so that alliances require a tech that only the Europeans have, or only the Arabians have. I think that, in order for an alliance to be made, both civs have to have the tech that permits alliances. If that is so, then restricting it to the Europeans would mean that they could make alliances with each other but the Arabians couldn't make alliances at all (or vice versa, of course).

One civ having required tech is enough.

That's a pain. In that case, don't allow alliances at all. You can't fine-tune it any more than that.
