I need a XML guide that can show me how to add new civilizations. yes....i have photoshop

Photoshop won't be of much use, but Notepad or an XML editor like XML marker will. Follow this tutorial (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=148507). Hope that helps.
