Yes. Check out the guides forum for tutorials on different things you can do. The good news is you can do just abotu anything you can imagine. The bad news is that its just not as simple as clicking on different options.

I was just going to say to head to the Tutorials section, but I see you made it there already. As Kael said, there isn't a limit to what you can do or add, but it isn't always simple.
