How shall we chose which civ to play? (as per donsig
Option one: Use the in-game randomizer. (Select random civ on start up screen).
Option two: Don't use the in-game randomizer. How we do select the civ to play will be determined later.
Option three: abstain

I vote for the in-game randomiser... Because any other method will take quite a while to ascertain... The in-game randomiser just seems more efficient...

Don't use the in-game randomiser. To have a game that will interest as many readers, we should choose a suitable civ that would enable us to do this.
Btw, how much majority is required to make a decision, dutchfire?

Simple majority (>50%) of non-abstain votes seems reasonable to me.

yeah random first, THEN start reading about that civ and do the roleplay :crazyeye:
even thou there is no TV program about the Malinese like "Rome", im pretty sure roleplaying them would be great!

Absolutely use the in-game randomizer. Even though we all have our favorites, all of the civs are playable.

Randomiser. That way we won't bicker about which civs to include.
