I cant run the game becasue ,after installing, I get the message that the auto- run file is corrupted. Does anyone know what could be causing that, and how I might fix it?

The game is new retail and patched from the base game up to 1.1.

No idea. If everything else fail try one of those pirate executables (cracks). Since you ve got the original you should be allowed to do so legally (not sure but i think so)

Yeah, tried that, no luck. I thought some paranoid windows update might see it as a copy.So i uninstalled the recent updates, no change.

Or a scratch on the disc. Just cant see the solution.

Also it installed OK on another computer a few days earlier. It requires no CD key. It should just install like the first time.
