Does anyone know any good 'wego' games?

I do not know if wego is the right term, but I mean turn based strategy games where each player declares actions in one phase (secretly from the other), and then the actions are resolved simultaneously.

I don't know any complex wego games, but I would like to find some. I am sure they must exist, and probably there are a great many of them.

Wego doesn't turn up many hits in searches, so perhaps there is a better term to describe the games I hope to find.

In any case, any help finding the kind of game described would be appreciated.

thx

EDIT: Although I don't game much these days, I have loved the CIV's since the world was void and without form, and yes, I still call them shields too... That's why I thought i'd come ask the crew here...

Ok, thanks.

I must have come across the combat mission series before to acquire the term wego (a concept which immediately appealed to me), though forgot the source of the term...

It seems like this wego concept is actually quite rare, which seems strange to me, because wego should work quite well on computers, especially in the context of multiplayer internet based games.
