Those are standard PDM models unchanged (Kinboat has made a vest, it's there somewhere) except the shamshir which is from the free "SwordKit" from DAZ, with some transparency added for a more curved look.

Very nice! I like the death. You'd think it would be a bit dangerous to carry his sword over his shoulder like that - clearly this guy is hard enough not to be bothered...

Hmm I didn't think it'd be unrealistic seeing these swords were single-edged (at least I thought so). Death anim was just copied from spearmen ;)

Shamshirs are single-edged swords. It's not unusual to shoulder a single-edged sword; one of the dao-sword styles in Taijiquan starts with a ready position with the sword on the shoulder. :)

That's all right then (although he still wouldn't want to get nudged while holding it so close to his ear, I bet). I remember that Ichigo from Bleach carries his sword like that too, but I thought perhaps that's only Death Gods.

Bah! His shoulders have been hardened by the carrying of manilla ropes on his shoulder for half of his life. What could a puny sword do to is (even if he would carry a double-edged sword like that)? NOTHING, I say!

No way, we need "Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger" stuff like that little green "Burpy" monster (that's what we called him as kids, anyway), and that scary bronze robot dude who rowed the bad lady's boat. That was one screwed up movie, and I should never have watched it at age 8 like I did. :lol:

By the way, another sweet unit, ED! The slash is really awesome, like everyone else has said. This is all good stuff. All good!
