Not being able to test it myself, but I would suggest that the HOF mod will not work with this patch, so please:

Complete GOTM 16, then apply the patches.

Don't worry. I've checked and the patches have no effect on GOTM compatibility. As far as I know they will make no difference to compatibility with any existing mods.

I played the GOTM and turned it in already (it didn't go well :( ). No problems post patch.

yeah I also played GOTM with the patches and everything seemed fine (other than my deplorable performance of course).
