Quick Question: I couldn't figure out how to declare war on a civ that won't talk to me. I couldn't just move my units on to one of their units or into their area. How do I do this? Thanks

SneakyJes Mar 05, 2007, 06:15 AM Nope, this was my first war. Not sure if it some setting that I accidently turned off. I played Civ 3 but I'm new to Civ 4. Strato Mar 05, 2007, 06:49 AM If its your first war, maybe you've set the game to "all peace" when you started the game. This means no wars are possible. |
