Goals: to gather people interested to study and help the Domestic things:

new cities places, building queues, work force placement, tiles improvement/

workers tasks, forest and pop whips.

May I suggest Honorary President: the Officer in charge of Domestic Affairs,

Is the Chieftain already busy? I think that someone else should take up this job instead (though I'll leave it for Ice2k4 to decide). No, sorry, I am not free to take up this job.
