If you use the Taj Mahal to start a golden age, does it increment the cost factor for the next GA?

E.g., if I use the Taj Mahal to start my first golden age, but want to use Great People to start my second, will the second golden age cost 2 great people (the normal cost for the first golden age) or 3 great people (the normal cost for the second golden age) ?

I never rush this wonder. I'd rather save GE for The Statue of Liberty or Pentagon. If only Taj Mahal was little later ...
