I've never figured out why the Hawaiian islands in this scenario are just unsettleble (sp.) mountains, except for the island in the northwest? Shouldn't it be possible to settle Honolulu? The Hawaiians had a bit of a strategical imporance in the world history (WWII in the Pacific).
And what about other Polynesian islands? They are just jungle and mountains. Since they had a bit less strategical importance, them Hawaii and the AI NEVER settles them even after Biology, when they can theoretically cut those jungle down with workers and unload a Settler, why they just can't be removed and replaced with Ocean terrain type?
