Hello, I'm just tweaking this file and would like to know the default values for normal speed for it.

Can anyone tell me, as I cant see this file in the XML folder of the base game.

Get "vanilla" CIV4CultureLevelInfo and never edit files in game Assets folder. Better use a copy in your CustomAssets. ;)
