I'm going to creat a mod, but do not know how to add new civs (I have read "My add a civ <tutorial", and it Didn't work :( ) Any Suggestions?

did you copy all the XML for an already included civ then change it to fit your needs? That's always worked for me

What do you mean, "didn't work"? It didn't show up at all, or there were bugs?
