So far, I'm at stable for my nation's stability. I have 5 stars in cities, expansion, and economy yet 1 star in civic and foreign.

I'm kind of worried since last time I played and this happened I collapsed. I currently have Universal Suffrage, Emancipation, Free Speech, Free Religion, State Property, and Occupation set as my civics.

What are the best combination for civics to boost my stability? Preferably one which has vassalage and/or theocracy with state property.

I really don't see what is wrong in your Civic Combination...

As far as i know a comnunist government with Universal Suffrage, Emancipation, Free Speech can exist without any problems ( at least theoretically :P ).

The major problens are Police + Free Speach, Slavery + Free Speach...

I changed it to Police State, Nationhood, Emancipation, Free Religion, and Occupation which boosted my civics to 4 star.

That's five starts in Cities, economy, and expansion with 4 star in civics and 1 star in foreign and my stability is at shaky?!

What the hell is the catch here?

All those revolutions might have something to do with it. :lol:

Maybe the emancipation and free speech along with Occupation as well? Occupations tend to be... suppressive.

It would have gone down when you entered a revolution...
