It seems to me that Hell doesn't move fast enough, I am evil and have the ashen veil in my cities and yet is seems like it is barely moving through. It seems to me that I should move forward one or two tiles a turn if your evil and have the ashen veil. After all, you want it in your land (for the defense bonus for some units and to infect everyone else.) It seemed to me that it only moved through my land as fast as it did through unoccupied land.

So, what do you guy's think, should hell move faster, slower, or the same?

personally I find it moves too quickly if anything.

You know you have balance when everybody complains.

My experience is that it moves pretty slowly in the beginning, reasonably quickly later, and then slows down when it is reaching the far flung parts of my empire.

Seems about right to me.

i would like to offer up 3 rituals that hyborium could perform. speeding up the spread through friendly , nuetral , enemy territory . have them at exponentially increasing cost. also have the angels have opposing rituals to slow and/or reverse the spread.

In my game (Higlands) Hyborem spawned in the corner so it took very long time for hell to spread, but otherwise it is OK.
