I was just thinking how, instead of cities, some indipendant Civs could use the Gers from the Khan Warlords senario instead...the code exists, just a matter of modifying it really.

The AI doesn't know how to use Gers....

It's a nice idea but it is a fact that the AI is not programmed to be capable of using the gers. I know, because I wanted to put them in the Great Plains to represent the Native Americans a while back.
