We really need a programmer, most things to be done need at least some Python changes, and no team member can do this. About modelling, we already have a few models (mostly from other mods), but we always have more work to be done.
Any help is good, even if you do not want to oficially enter the team. Even if you can't program or model, you are welcome to help with XML, 2d graphics, music, or ideas.

Any basic models you guys need/want then make a list in a new thread and cross them off as you get or find them elsewhere. I'll gladly pitch in as I find time and skill. :)

If you still need help, i'm interested. I heard you need badly a programmer, and by chance i'm a software engineer. I never did Python (yet) but i heard it's rather easy for a scripting language.

I'll help. I'm not very good at programming or modelling but i'll help with the civilopedia, 2d graphics and ideas. Will you be putting in multi-tile cities because that would be legend?

2d graphics... can you Show us some of your stuff? (though i doubt we'll refuse anything, we're too hard pressed. :p)

And what do you mean multi-tile cities?

By multi-tile cities he probably means city graphics like in Chinese Unification in Warlords- city graphics that take up more than 1 tile.

Haven't played warlords so I wouldn't know, but like cties that would take up an extra tile when it reaches a certain level and the extra tiles would be like a district of the city. It would make a lot of stuff make sense like the city of Osgilliath could actually be on both sides of the river. I'll post some stuff later

I don't have warlords, so i don't know what it looks like. what are the advantages, or is it just an art thing?

Well, I think we really don't have any icons, thought we do have most LH. Is there any other kind of 2d stuff in Civ4?

We do have flags, but at least mine didn't seem to work (before the Big Crash), we have to test them.
