the CCCP is trying to create a universal modding world and to make things easier for all modders they are creating a Plug and play system. This file though can't be plug and playable because of the way it loads. To overcome this issue we are trying to create an ultimate file in order to allow all to still plug and play.

We would want to have a final version fo the mod before we added to something like this. We'd hate to add in a bunch of definitions, then switch art and add and remove buildings.
