Kinboat Apr 28, 2002, 07:53 PM Here's my UFO completed... It has a fortify, run, Attack, Death, and Default animations... I'll add a zip with sounds as soon as I figure out how to make them work (I have sounds they just don't work yet).

I've uploaded a zip with the sounds I have to the Sounds Thread... called UFOSounds... not the best but there better than nothing.

I read something on one of the threads about sound. They have to be a certain frequency and in mono, I think. If you poke around some of the threads you might find it.
Nice looking unit. Looking forward to it. Could you post how you would use it? And what stats?
Kinboat May 04, 2002, 10:00 PM At the moment I'm using it as a barbarian land unit... I think I have it as 2 movement but with the all terrain as roads, and about as strong as the Knight. This makes them pretty dangerous in the early game. If I was making it a futuristic unit that the players could build I'd probably make it about as strong as the modern armor (maybe less defense) and the all terrain as roads flag.
I have discovered how to make the sounds work (with Pablostuka's help) I just haven't gotten around to switching and posting the sounds.... I got busy on my Mecha unit, with that done now I'll try to post the sounds for this soon.
