Just a suggestion to Rhye:

What about if Russia don't settle Siberia like it settle Europe? ( every city at 1~2 tiles of distance )... because it would take forever to Russia settle Siberia...

Maybe if Russia settle every city in Siberia with a distance of 4~5 tiles, it would add to Realism. A good example of few cities in Siberia covering a lot of space is in the Domination Victory that Whitefire tried.

Well, in other words: Russia settle the European part like every other european country ( a lot of cities in a small space ) but in Siberia it settle in a more "intelligent" way...

Well, just a thought

I like it if it's doable ;)

Yep, good idea. It all of my RFC games Russia has failed to fulfil its 'historical mission' of colonizing North Asia and instead restricted itself to the Europe's eastern fringe. Central North Asia is just a big no man's land.

actually Russia is set to build cities distant, both in Europe and in Asia

Yea this was something I noticed too; AI Russia NEVER settles as far east as it should. In all my games it settles in European Russia and then maybe a city in Alaska, that's about it.
