You should bump your topic if it's been quite a few hours apart, not 6 minutes.

To answer your question, you go to Scenario Properties, and if you look at the top of that window, you will see alliances.

Hi I-Live-Civ, welcome to CFC :) Forum's aren't quite like chat rooms- it may take several hours, or even a day or two, to get a response. Just be patient and people will help you.

In the Conquests editor, go to the Scenario Properties screen (Scenario menu or toolbar) and click the "Locked Alliance" tab at the top. You can add civs to an alliance, and set alliances at war by selecting from the list below each alliance.
