I would like to change a couple of the leaderheads in my game (Japan and Russia) and I have the files ready but i don't know how to put the new ones in the game.

What do i need to do and how ? Thanks all, appreciate the help.:)
forgot - I play only on vanilla at this point.

If you look above the first post or below the bottom, you should see something like -
