View Full Version : Certain Graphics...
ansar Apr 12, 2007, 09:53 PM So...I have been looking for these graphics, but I can't seem to find them. I know people have used them but they don't remember the name of the creator. Maybe you guys here know it?
Images in spoiler because they are kinda big.

Btw, should I have posted this in the main C & C thread? If so, can someone report this to be moved or tell Plotinus? :)
rifleman Apr 12, 2007, 11:21 PM Definately a C&C question
btw - what graphics, exactly?
Varwnos Apr 12, 2007, 11:37 PM I think he means Snoopy's terrain (green) (?)
Yoda Power Apr 13, 2007, 07:44 AM Is it the forests? These are from a seperate, and very nice, set.

This one I believe. (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=126907&highlight=forest)
ansar Apr 14, 2007, 07:10 AM The tundra forests aren't in that set. :(
Yoda Power Apr 14, 2007, 07:17 AM No I see that. Try doing a forest search in the graphics forum, that my best advice.

Virote_Considon Jun 22, 2007, 10:02 AM Is it the Fireaxis Greener terrain? Posted by Thunderfall, IIRC.

Nope, it was like a really old version of Snoopy's terrain.
TF helped me find it. Thanks, though, you guys. :)
Yoda Power Jun 22, 2007, 02:07 PM So where was it?
ansar Jun 22, 2007, 02:17 PM So where was it?
Well, I didn't find it on CFC, so I went on Google and typed
"Snoopy's v 1.0 greener for Civ3"
and I found a link to Apolyton, of all places. And I found it!!! :D
Yoda Power Jun 23, 2007, 01:41 AM Well then I suggest you post it on here, so cfc'ers can use it too. Just remember to give credits. ;)
Civinator Jun 23, 2007, 01:56 AM Snoopy's Greener Terrain (and another version of his terrain ) is contained in Civ Complete (and a lot of other interesting stuff). Look in the civ3PTW / scenarios folder. Here you can also find the incredible "Industrial Sprawl"-graphics. :)
Yoda Power Jun 23, 2007, 02:09 AM So these forests are already on my computer?
And the industrial sprawl isn't really that great, that's why I made my own city terrain. ;)

I suggest you should look on your computer, if you have civ complete.
And the industrial sprawl-graphics are great for growing cities if you have all road tiles of your map under control. ;) Your terrain is also great, Yoda.

No, silly. That's v4.5, the one you can get here at CFC.
v1.0 is not here. I'll post the greener version, which is the one that I found at Apolyton.

But there are Tundraforests included.

BadKharma Jun 24, 2007, 12:31 AM They sure are.
Yoda Power Jun 24, 2007, 12:55 AM But they aren't the ones Ansar was looking for, so what's your point?
