The Svartalfar are missing...I can't play them, and they do not appear in game at all. Does anyone have any ideas as to what happened, and how it can be fixed?

you cannot currently, by default, add Svartalfar or Sidar to your games. They will be playable in a few months (they need to have some special features added).

If you want, try downloading Sureshots mod..."Svartalfar Mod" thread. Or just open the FFH editor{assets folder in the ffh2 0.21} and then click the tab "civilizations", goto the svartalfar and put a "1" under the playable civ cell.

Faeryl hasn't changed since I started playing the game, but if the picture was anything like the one that was on the wiki a couple of months ago,then I'd have to say that the new one is a huge improvement.

I think Sureshot uses the default picture for Faeryl.

Yeah, that was the picture. I had seen it before FFH though, in custom portrait packs for Neverwinter Nights. I don't agree the current picture is an improvement over that one aestethically, but it was more suited for a drow. Svartalfar are not exactly the same thing.

What for? A leader sized one is available in either of the two download links on page 79 of the multiplayer thread.

I like the leader for the dark-elvish like civ in FFH1

That's the one, if I remember correctly. She was in the only game of FfH1 that I played... she was also the first to convert to the Order. I won a religious victory. :D

most of FFH1 leaders (modded by a community member that is, if I'm not wrong plain FFH1 was with Vanilla civs), including Arachna, were from Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic.
