That mod is really awesome, sadly it isn't compatible with vanilla games :( I cannot play any SGs with it or so it seems :/

I did a neat little change:

Pop Sac from Slavery to Police State.
+25% military unit production from Police State to Hereditary Rule.
+1 happy per military unit from Hereditary Rule to Slavery.

The result is that BW isn't godly, and early game production is much harder. It is still good: Slavery lets you build mega cities using large armies, and Chopping isn't bad either.

This also makes the "early chop-and-whip" rush to slaughter the AI much harder.

I have enjoyed Hephmod. It uses its own dll so is incompatible with Better AI, though Heph is working on integrating the two.
I particularly liked the changes made to units and civics. In fact, I grafted most of his unit changes to my own CustomAssets file for when I am not playing his mod.

I use Revolution. It's updated with the latest Better AI and I'm glad I no longer have to choose between the two. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=171127
