"KOREAN KITCHEN KNIFE
WARNING : KEEP OUT OF CHILDREN "
if we do implement equipment eventually- i vote for the korean kitchen knife to give +1 attack strengt.
if anyone else has good(and/or)funny suggestions for equipment, do tell!

it was a joke, but i still want to discuss equipment
like a weapon, armour, boots, amulets ect
what you might find in an ancient temple...
maybe a totem that increases vision like sentry?
or, something for recon units that gives +30% in cities... : P
[NWO]_Valis Apr 16, 2007, 12:33 PM I have recently revived some old games [inspired with a discussion from this forum] like Master of Magic, Netstorm and I found also a fantasy strategy game that had equipment. Fantasy General!
It was nothing game breaking, nothing really powerful. Some boots of speed, healing wand, etc.
Now, I do not know how it will be implemented here but I think it should look like this here, some common [not very common of course] magic items for your regular army/heroes and then, a really powerful artefacts that would be hard to get but would be necessarily to finish a 'quest victory'. Something like The Ring of Power, or combine a few artefacts like in HoM&M into one [Sword of Armageddon anyone?]
Love Apr 16, 2007, 12:35 PM Shouldent equipmentments be implented in shadow?
[NWO]_Valis Apr 16, 2007, 12:42 PM Yes, but we are hypotetaizing :D [I know it is not a word ;) ]
wilboman Apr 16, 2007, 05:58 PM I humbly submit the Duck of Doom. Because you should know better than to pick up a duck in a dungeon. (Whoever gets the reference gets an e-cookie)
kenken244 Apr 16, 2007, 06:22 PM is that from the card game thingie called munchkins?

eerr Apr 17, 2007, 10:58 AM or maybe- a powderkeg that gives a unit the pyre zombie effect
(if an enemy unit wins a battle and a free powder keg is in the tile, it goes BOOMM!):mischief:
thapagan Apr 17, 2007, 11:41 PM Maybe an "anti-recon" weapon, "spider fang?", it would allow see stealth and give a small "10%" bonus versus recon units.
Or maybe Not?
Miloe Apr 18, 2007, 12:07 AM i dont wanna see equipment implemented into game before magic/promotions/abilities gets separated because its getting awfully crowded in the promotions section currently :crazyeye:
MagisterCultuum Apr 18, 2007, 08:42 AM Some way to minimize and/or better organize promotions would be nice. It is usually impossible to see the names, strengths, or movement points of my flesh golems
