I renamed the "Civ4 - Tutorials, Reference, & Guides" forum to "Civ4 - Modding Tutorials & Reference". This should make it more obvious that the forum is for modding howtos. :)

There are a few threads in there that are not related to modding, and we probably will move them to other forums.
